It was to be our second last day of arabic class.dont ask me what i have learnt so far okie!bits of pieces,still not to that fluent conversational stage.haha..as always,arabic classes give me the heart flips and the heart attacks all in the one sessions.maklum la...takut buat malu diri....hehe....
guess what?i tried rolling my tongue with my first name.its not a name that I am known with but somehow,in arabic class,thats the name that i am called.it kinds of feels nice.hahaha...but the unfeasibility of the name in singapore with the amount of peeps with that name makes me divert my name calling to my middle name.okie...okie..i digress....
anyway,after that it was grocery shopping for the bbq that nite and of course,i met 'Mr Heartthrob' in the valley.its been a while since i saw him and that made my day for the second time.
Got home and nir got cracking to make the curry for the night while yours truly lazes around?hehehe....i had done my dessert the night before,so im covered!hehe...the bbq was to be a potluck bbq to be held at soutbank parklands.
but alas!by the time we get there,there is not a a single free bbq pit in sight.:( so a change of plans were quickly made and we headed off to Ah Hao's apartment for the event.
his place is so,so nice....haiz...i wish i had a pool that i could just jump into!hhehe...
anyway,food was yummy.in sight, there was roti canai by mr khaizan,curry by nir,bee hoon by zal and fion,the bbq food by the rest of them namely judy,alan,aziz,kenny and drinks by ah hao.yours truly made kek batik.no pics of it though:(
oh well,great company and great food.heads home around 11 and nir and me were more ready to hit the showers and plopped ourselves down for some hindustani movie...question is of course,hindustani tgk kita or kita tgk hindustani,the tired souls we both were?hehehe....
great food and great company.a great ending to a long week.
