Me balas dendam!!!!!
hahaha...nah..not at particular persons...just at the movies...since my usual 'kakis' for movies have been busy of late and nir and myself have been having school stuff to do,we have not been watching much movies.going to the movies is like a ritual for us and its absence was greatly felt coz usually this is the time that we literally picked on 1 person the whole nite...wahahahaha...and also its the time when i know frens are not stress up over school and its the moments to let loose.so the idea of not doing it is not very feasible.haha....
but...
for the last two nights, both of us caught 2 movies*blush* with the Gardens gang.
watched The Terminal starring Tom Hanks and Catherine Zeta Jones on friday with renuka, fion, zal and both of us and Dodgeball on sat with the rest of the housemates included...oh ya,and judy as well,my new coursemate....
both shows were great. The Terminal was a moving story, one that touched the soul as a son's determination to fulfil a father's wish was played on.fantastic!and all the stuff he had to do to survive was just so instinctively survival.of coz,it just made the US airport officer looks super dumb....i dun understand...why cant he just show some compassion and just escort the guy out of the terminal for him to do watever he needs to do and then come back to the terminal and let him wait there?but then, there wont be the story if he did that would it!hehehe...as my abah would say,'dah director suruh!'hahaha......oh ya...by e way,we did picked on someone that nite...and that person is ZAL!!hehehe....he was the only thorn among the roses...haha...4 gurls and 1 guy....how to win??!!hehe..sorry buddy u got to go thru that...tapi jgn serik serik tau!hahah...
Sat,we spend our day holed up in the lib and study 440 throughout the afternoon.have to do well for this paper since its the module i flung but some stuff still seems so alien to me...oh well, will figure it out soon....for the evening, decided to watch Dodgeball.Dodgeball was hilarious!!story of underdogs winning...and i just love the ending...hahaha...5o,000 becomes 5 million dollars.who would have not like that!a lesson learnt...never underestimate the underdogs!
made our way home after that and i knocked out soon after.bliss! nowadays,i just 'lurve' to make myself so tired that im knocked out flat early.argh! no mate,i didnt go home to study k.
but thank goodness for that...for my brains shut off and i know i dont need to do some reflective thinking for e night...something i do often.....think,think so much cause me migraines leh!hahaha..
my fren says my smses still sounds so singaporean with my leh and mah and all the singlish terms...my goodness!i am only away being an 'aussie' for 2 yrs but i have been a singaporean all my life..of coz la still got it..aiyoh!hahaha.....
oh ya...something that saf wrote in her blog that caught my eye...and i posting it here so that my other bloggers can read it..saf,hope u dun mind, mate!

**Being Twenty-Something" They call it the "Quarter-life Crisis."
It is when you stop going along with the crowd and start realizing that there are many things about yourself that you didn't know and may not like.
You start feeling insecure and wonder where you will be in a year or two, but then get scared because you barely know where you are now.
You start realizing that people are selfish and that, maybe, those friends that you thought you were so close to aren't exactly the greatest people you have ever met, and the people you have lost touch with are some of the most important ones. What you don't recognize is that they are realizing that too, and aren't really cold, catty, mean or insincere, but that they are as confused as you.
You look at your job... and it is not even close to what you thought you would be doing, or maybe you are looking for a job and realizing that you are going to have to start at the bottom and that scares you.
Your opinions have gotten stronger. You see what others are doing and find yourself judging more than usual because suddenly you realize that you have certain boundaries in your life and are constantly adding things to your list of what is acceptable and what isn't. One minute, you are insecure and then the next, secure.
You laugh and cry with the greatest force of your life. You feel alone and scared and confused. Suddenly, change is the enemy and you try and cling on to the past with dear life, but soon realize that the past is drifting further and further away, and there is nothing to do but stay where you are or move forward.
You get your heart broken and wonder how someone you loved could do such damage to you. Or you lie in bed and wonder why you can't meet anyone decent enough that you want to get to know better.
Or maybe you love someone but love someone else too and cannot figure out why you are doing this because you know that you aren't a bad person.
One night stands and random hook ups start to look cheap. Getting wasted and acting like an idiot starts to look pathetic.
You go through the same emotions and questions over and over, and talk with your friends about the same topics because you cannot seem to make a decision.
You worry about loans, money, the future and making a life for yourself... and while winning the race would be great, right now you'd just like to be a contender!
What you may not realize is that everyone reading this relates to it. We are in our best of times and our worst of times, trying as hard as we can to figure this whole thing out.
